The inspiring trajectory of Weeke Business
The beginning
The trajectory begins with Silvestre Carvalho Neto, founder and CEO of Weeke Business, whose entrepreneurial spirit manifested itself from an early age. After experiences in large companies and the turning point provided by Empretec, he created his first web development company. Even after years of gaining many clients, he decided to seek new horizons: he closed the operation and traveled to Japan, where he found new inspiration in technology, agile methods and productivity. From this experience, the idea for Weeke Business was born.
The partnership
The path was challenging, marked by financial difficulties and bold decisions. Alongside Taylo Henrique, CTO, developer and longtime friend, he founded Weeke and its main platform, Weeke Manager.
Vision and technology
The combination of Silvestre's strategic vision, focus on productivity, organization and service excellence, and Taylo's technical expertise resulted in an innovative, simple and efficient platform. Also inspired by oriental culture, the solution continually evolves based on feedback from customers themselves.

With the expansion into cloud services, hosting and corporate emails, in addition to the ability to adapt — including during the pandemic —, Weeke consolidated its growth, client by client, throughout Brazil.
